Obituary of Betty Lou Duncan Avarello

Betty Lou Duncan Avarello passed away Friday, December 1, 2017.Betty was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Milburn V. and Gladys Gardener Duncan. She loved traveling and spent many memorable times visiting her son, who performed in the arts and entertainment business. She was never without her pets, who received her constant love and attention.A special thank you to her devoted caregivers, Sharon Guillen, Ruby Caldera and Jane Dykes and the wonderful staff of VITAS Hospice.Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, T. A. Avarello; and son, Spencer P. Henderson Ill.Survivors: Her sisters, Jane Maxwell and Alyne Hicks; nephews, Mike Oswalt and wife, Dee Dee, Craig Maxwell and wife, Julie; niece, Kelly Folk and husband, Jeff; and numerous family members and friends. She also leaves behind her dog, Cappy, who was her constant companion the last two years.
