Obituary of Mary Lou Muller

Mary Lou Muller died peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 while her son, Jesse, held her hand.She was born April 28, 1954 in Fort Worth to Josephine Cavazos and Jessie Salazar Ramos. She was a 1972 graduate of Diamond Hill High School.She married her longtime friend and love, James Thomas Muller, who preceded her in death in 2018.Mama Lou loved to garden and work in the yard. She was also known for her collection of frogs and elephants.She worked as a vet tech for 20 years at Richland Animal Hospital, doing what she loved in caring for animals. She was the most caring woman you could ever have had the pleasure of meeting. She was always there if you ever needed something, willing to lend a hand.Mary loved to travel and went on many excursions, including Italy, India, Greece and Rome to name a few. She went to Alaska to the Iditarod and worked on a veterinary team. She loved that and always wanted to return and do it again.Their life was a living example of the Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32, “And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.”Mary was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandma, great grandma, aunt, sister and friend. She never met a stranger, only gained a new friend. To know Mary was to love her. She was truly one of a kind. She was loved by all of her family and friends and it goes without words, she will truly be missed. “Til we meet again, this is never goodbye, just see ya later, gator.”Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, James, and is survived by her son, Jesse Ramosmuller and his wife, Melanie, grandchildren, Emily Bushbaum, Kayla Ramosmuller, Jeffrey Houk, and Timmy Bonilla, and great-grandchildren, Jenna and Ryan Bushbaum, and sisters, Isabel Ramos, Felicia Smithhart, Anna Cavazos, Connie Johnson and Sallie Ramos.
