Obituary of Patsy Farmer Eastman

Patsy Eastman passed away Monday January 18, 2021 at her home in Fort Worth.A lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Patsy was born in 1927 to Crawford Farmer and Totsie Cherry Farmer. She graduated from Arlington Heights High School in 1944, and in 1947 married Gordon Eastman and had three children.Gordon and Patsy were rarely apart, attending TCU football games both at home and away, the Golden Gloves and Bass Hall. They loved traveling and tending their yard and pecan orchard.Patsy was most loving and witty, the life of the party and always worried about others. She was a beautiful woman, enriching the lives of all she knew and was loved by all who knew her. She was a charter member of Holy Family Catholic Church as well as a member of the Kimbell Art Museum and St. Alice Garden Club.Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, her son, Patrick Gordon Eastman, her daughter, Linda Eastman Taylor, and her sister, Cherry Kunkle. Survivors: Daughter, Mary Jane Burk and her husband, Bill Burk; granddaughter, Sara Snyder; grandson, James Gordon Garrison and his wife, Lindsay; great grandson, Graham Garrison; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to those who provided such wonderful care to Patsy.
