Obituary of Bernice Schroder

Bernice “Bernie” Schroder of Fort Worth, who was born in Canada to Polish Immigrants in 1920, died on January 10, 2019.An extraordinarily joyful, energetic woman, she led a busy, accomplished life. Bernice’s hallmark was unselfishness in everything. The world will be a lesser place without her.She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 66 years, Peter Christian (‘Chris”) Schroder in 2006.Bernie is survived by her children, Christine Shivers of Fort Worth, Kathryne Bishop (Gene) of Dallas, Peter Schroder (Mary) of Fort Worth and Michael Schroder (Billie) of Southlake. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Stacey Haley of Orange, Texas, Scott Schroder (Stacey) of North Richland Hills, Brian Schroder (Nicole) of Hurst, P. Christian Schroder (Karen) of Fort Worth, Kathryne Morris of Dallas, Kathryn Worley (Matthew) of Dallas, Taylor Morris of Dallas and nine great-grandchildren.
