Obituary of Velma P. Charles Haberer

Velma Haberer died August 30, 2017 in Fort Worth. She battled cancer and other medical problems during her life and is now with our Lord Jesus Christ and our mom and dad.Born August 9, 1950 in San Antonio, the daughter of Jose Ramon and Florencia Lopez Charles, she was a devoted Catholic and loving wife to her husband, John F. Haberer. During her life she lived in many places across the country.Velma was a very special wife, sister, aunt and friend to many people. She loved cooking, gardening, sewing, traveling, and taking care of her beloved pets.Survivors: Husband, John Haberer; sisters, Martha Vickers and Marie Hinton; brothers, Roger Charles and John Michael Charles. Velma also has many cousins, nieces and nephews that she loved and cared for through her life. She will be greatly and deeply missed by her husband, family, and friends.
