Williams Jr., 82, passed away September 14, 2018 at his home.Howard was born March 24, 1936 in Dallas, the son of Howard J. and Marguerite Baker Williams.Survivors: His wife of 58 years, Betty; children, Lisa McGraw (Anthony), Jennifer Snyder, Lori Calicott (Steve), Ryan Williams (Jennifer), Jeff Williams (Layla); seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Anita Litzman (Terry); brother, Danny Williams; and nephews and nieces.
