JoAnne Werner Hughes, 78, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 and Shane Edward Dunaway, passed away on June 12, 2021.JoAnne was born on April 23, 1943, in Crowley, Louisiana to Annie and Joseph Werner. Shane was born on October 16, 1968 in Sioux City, Iowa to JoAnne and James Dunaway.JoAnne was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved spending time with her family, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren. She was a bundle of joy, known to talk on the phone for long periods, and, when not on the phone she was watching the Hallmark Channel or the Game Show Channel. She also enjoyed shooting guns and was very strong minded.Shane loved hunting, fishing, truck driving, and spending time with family and friends!JoAnne was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Hughes, her son, Shane Dunaway, and the father of her children, James Dunaway. Shane was preceded in death by his father, James Dunaway.JoAnne’s survivors include her son, J J Dunaway and wife, Lora; daughter in law, Amy Dunaway; grandchildren, Tyler Dunn, Steven Jones, Jeffery Jones and Darrell Dunaway; great granddaughter, Blakelee; sister, LouElla Hailey; nephew, Brian Whitley and wife, Debra, and their son and daughter, Ashley and Asher; and Chris Hailey, best friend, Ann Dorris.Shane’s survivors include his wife, Amy Dunaway; son, Darrell Dunaway; brother, J J Dunaway and wife, Lora; nieces and nephews, Tyler Dunn, Steven Jones, Jeffery Jones, great niece, Blakelee; aunt, LouElla Hailey; cousins, Brian Whitley and wife, Debra, their daughter and son, Asher and Ashley; and Chris Hailey.
