Obituary of Leonard Mendez Quiroz

Leonard Mendez Quiroz Jr., 87, of Cameron County, TX passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021. He attended the School of Aviation Medicine and was stationed at Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth. He married Delores Contreras and they had three children, Ronald, Rebecca, and Lisa. Leonard went to work at St. Joseph’s Hospital as a Physician’s Assistant and retired in 2001. He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Rebecca; his grandson, Michael; and his son, Ronald. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa, his grandchildren, Amber, David, Whitney, Brandon, Elizabeth, Alex and Lauren; and his great-grandchildren, Caleb and Ethan.
