To Patsy and the Zimmerman family: My condolences on the passing of Bill and my hope that you draw some comfort in the release from his disease. I worked with Bill for the length of his stint at UPR. He was dedicated, straightforward and knew how to cut to the essence of a problem. No politics and told it as he saw it. He was a good man who enjoyed life to the fullest. May he rest in peace.
