I was so sorry to hear of Camden's passing. I'd hoped to see him before we both took our "long journey". My most recent memory of Cam was his phone call in 2001 following the death of Camden Arthur Coberly, my father and Cam's uncle. His voice was so much like my dad's that when he said "This is Cam calling" I could barely speak. The conversation which followed was full of heartfelt condolences and was healing and memorable for my family. Going back a little further (sometime in the 1950's) the Ted and Cam Coberly families met at a resort in the Ozarks on Jack's Fork (now a National Wild River). I was 8 or 9 and the "big boys" (Cam and Teddy) were teenagers. At breakfast they ate a dozen eggs and a pound of bacon between them. I was very impressed! The resort was located on the shore of a millpond and one afternoon Uncle Ted and my dad decided to swim across with the "big boys". Naturally I wanted to go. After much discussion I was allowed to join the swim. Farewell Cam. I'm sending a gift to the bison of Fort Worth. Safe travels! Cousin Cathy
