Obituary of James Quinten Clay Sr.
James Quinten "Jim" Clay Sr. passed away April 22, 2024, at the age of 61.
Celebration of Life Service: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Lake Worth Baptist Church, 4445 Hodgkins Road, Lake Worth, Texas 76135.

Jim was born on June 12, 1962, in Fort Worth, Texas. Shortly after high school, Jim moved to Glencoe, Alabama, with his brother and started a trailer manufacturing business. In 1989, they founded Texas Towing in Fort Worth, Texas.
Jim enjoyed golf, offshore fishing, hunting, sporting clays, and was a sports car enthusiast. He cherished spending time with his family.
Jim is survived by his girlfriend, Jennifer Owens, her children, Erin and Ryker; his daughter, Kristan Akers and husband, Chris; his son, Jimmy Clay and wife, Emily; and grandchildren, Jared, Kimber, Brayden, and Kate. He is also survived by his brother, Jerry Clay Jr. and wife, Tina; niece, Elizabeth Troxell and husband, Brandon, and their children; nephew, Jerry Clay III "Jac" and wife, Mackenzie, and their children.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Ancel Clay Sr., and mother, Patricia Ann Clay.
