Obituary of Joan Leticia Garrett Kelly

Joan Leticia Garrett Kelly, 87, a retiree of American Airlines, passed away August 11, 2024.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in care of Holy Family Catholic Church, the Tuition Assistance Program in care of Holy Family Catholic Church or a charity of choice. 

Joan was born March 2, 1937 in Kansas City Kansas, the daughter of Herbert and Margaret Garrett.  She attended Saint Mary College in Leavenworth, Kansas and graduated from Providence Hospital School of Nursing in 1958.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, and her husband, Ray Kelly.  She is survived by her daughters, Jolynn Hamann and Dana Barber; step-daughters, Kathleen Stark and Rebecca Downey; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
