There are some people in life that always touch others in a way that makes them better, just by meeting them. Roy was this type of person. His smile, his laughter, & his big 'ol heart impacted so many. I had the extra blessing of being able to work for Roy for several years, receiving guidance, counsel, & lifelong friendship from a very successful community leader. As we celebrate Roy's life with you, our love & prayers & our deepest sympathy are with all of the Meinen family.
