She was one of three daughters, that included Shirley Comfort Countaway, deceased, and Beverly Damm, (and her husband Robert Damm, Florida residents). She is survived by her two daughters, Kim Livingston, M.D. and Terrie Livingston, retired Chief Justice, and one grandson, Brendan C. Livingston. Marilyn graduated from Saugus High School in 1947 and Fay Secretary School, Boston, in 1948. She married Elmo C. Livingston, Jr., in 1951, who predeceased her in 2011. They lived in New York and Atlanta for short periods and moved to Texas in 1956 where they lived the rest of their lives. They were married for sixty years!
While here, Elmo worked at Lockheed and Marilyn became an avid and successful bridge player, most often at Lockheed Recreational Center. She even earned the American Contract Bridge Association Lifetime Achievement Award while in her seventies. They spent their later years mostly going to their grandson’s games and lots of carpooling!
