Jeff was a neighbor of mine in Wayside I played many many games of basketball and stickball with him. We played stickball in the street in front of his house. He was a great outside shot in basketball and I believe played JV basketball. He was also a sprinter, competing in the 440 dash and perhaps relay. We never got into a scuffle even though we played 100's of games together over the years as opponents. He was never a bully and played fairly with everyone. We had a great basketball victory when he and I paired together and beat Bruce Battjer (the neighborhood bully) and his teammate in basketball. I remember his father cheering us on. He had very nice parents and two sisters I knew as well. I used to play the piano they had in their garage. Sorry to hear of his passing. RIP

I started my career with AT&T in 1981 and I was lucky enough to meet Jeff as he was a member of our Team. We called him "Jersey"......a mentor, a friend, and always had a great story to share! We were the best of friends....sales calls, ski trips, and countless lunches together! A straight shooter with always a bit of that East Coast attitude! Years later he decided to relocate to Texas....as I drove him & his dog to the airport, we both had tears in our eyes! A few years later he met Lila, the love of his life. I was honored to be his Best Man! His proudest moment was when his daughter Christina came into his life! His life was never better! Gonna miss ya buddy.....
