I first met Lou Ann through her youngest son, David. He was a junior volunteer with me at the Central Library. I was thrilled when she decided to pursue her library degree and I had the privilege of working with her. She was so kind to everyone. I will miss her and her beautiful soft southern accent. I am so sorry that I will be unable to attend the service. My heart goes out to David and his family. Sincerely, Roberta Schenewerk
